How to use:

Massage the gel onto wet skin, lather, and gently rub in circular motions. Rinse with plenty of water. Suitable for daily use.
2. Massage the lotion into clean body skin and leave until fully absorbed. Use 2-3 times a week. Suitable for all skin types.
