The Hillary Hot Body Shaper anti-cellulite care complex is an effective tool in the early stages of the formation of the "orange peel", as well as at all stages of the manifestation of cellulite. Recommended for body shaping, reducing body volume and getting rid of excess fluid. A warming scrub promotes blood flow to problem areas, which improves blood circulation and lymph microcirculation, removes excess water and metabolic decay products. A scrub with a warming effect is contraindicated for those who have problems with veins and capillaries, as it can provoke vasodilation and aggravate the condition.

Mode of application:
1. Use a massage brush to perform a dry massage procedure. The procedure is performed with direct strokes and circular movements, rubbing should be done from the bottom up, along the lines of lymph movement.
Start the massage from the legs, gradually rising higher. In a circular motion, treat the hips and buttocks, pressure has eased in the abdomen and chest.
Rub the back with direct movements, from the lower back and above.
Rub the problem areas longer and more intensively.
At the end of the procedure, massage your arms and shoulders with light sliding movements.
After a dry massage, it is necessary to take a contrast shower to wash off the particles of the epidermis and cool the skin.
Start a course of dry massage with three minutes a day, so that the skin gets used to the intense effect, gradually increasing the time to 10-15 minutes. We recommend to carry out the procedure 3-4 times a week.
Do not use the brush in severe forms of skin (including vascular) diseases, in the area of open skin lesions. Do not let the brush get wet during the procedure. Apply dry on dry body skin without additional scrubs, creams, oils and other cosmetics. Rinse the skin after the dry massage procedure and only after that use the care product.
2. Massage the Anti-Cellulite Cooling Scrub onto wet, heated skin after showering, focusing on problem areas. Rinse thoroughly with running water. Use 1-2 times a week.
3. Apply Grapefruit anti-cellulite oil on wet, clean skin with gentle massage movements from the legs to the neck, paying particular attention to problem areas.
4. During the shower, use massage soap on areas where cellulite is most likely to form, in circular massage movements for 5 minutes.
5. Apply coconut oil to cleansed, dry skin. After absorption, blot the skin with a tissue.
The appearance of the coconut oil container may differ from the image.
Do not let the brush get wet during the procedure! Use dry on dry body skin without additional scrubs, creams, oils and other cosmetics.
Brush should be washed no more than 2 times a month.
For this:

drip shower gel;

rinse the villi in clean water and remove excess moisture with a towel;
