Spread a small amount of buttercream on clean (moist) skin. It can be used both on the whole body and pointwise, on dry areas of the skin that need nutrition. It will melt right before your eyes from the warmth of your body and absorb well.
Before the massage procedure, be sure to use massage oil, in addition to the beneficial properties that contain body oil, it will help the scraper slide easily and painlessly over the body during the guasha massage.
For acupressure, apply one of the corners of the massager to the trigger points, press lightly and slowly rotate in the time arrow. Avoid quick and abrupt movements, do not press excessively, the procedure does not cause pain or discomfort.
