The massager is made by hand from natural oak wood using a special technology: dry wood, passing through 4 types of grinding and having a special coating - a combination of OSMO TopOil 3028 hard wax, which crystallizes the top layer of wood.
The natural oils that make up the coating are environmentally friendly and absolutely safe for health. They penetrate deep into wooden surfaces, giving them water and dirt-repellent properties, strength and wear resistance. At the same time, wood retains its ability to breathe.
The product is not painted and varnished.

Mode of application:
Apply oil to the area where you will massage.
For acupressure, apply one of the corners of the massager to the trigger points, press lightly and slowly rotate in the time arrow. Avoid quick and abrupt movements, do not press excessively, the procedure does not cause pain or discomfort.
For gua sha massage, place the side rounded part of the massager on the treated area at an angle of 45 degrees. Move along the massage lines.
You need to massage one line until redness, but keep in mind that after a special active massage, bruising and hemorrhage can sometimes remain (this is normal for gua sha massage, provided that you do not feel severe pain or discomfort during the process).

Recommendations for the care of a wooden scraper. Before first use, wipe the scraper with a cotton pad soaked in chlorhexidine. After the massage procedure, wipe the scraper from the remaining oil with a paper towel. DO NOT wash the scraper with soap and water, do not wet it. Keep the scraper in the kit.
