According to current legislation, cosmetics of proper quality that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Products purchased during the Presale and Black Friday promotions cannot be exchanged or returned in good quality.

 

Cosmetics are subject to exchange for the following reasons:

allergy;
the remedy did not fit;
the product is incorrectly selected according to the type of skin;

If you received the wrong ordered funds in the package or did not receive something, please contact the Customer Support Service.

We will correct the error and send the correct funds.

If you received a parcel with damaged products or non-working dispensers, please contact the Customer Support Service,

we will exchange damaged products free of charge or resend the dispenser.

 

Law "On Consumer Rights Protection"

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991, perfume and cosmetic products are included in the list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange. Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the product in the presence of the courier or delivery service representative. If you do not like the appearance of the product or it does not match the order specifications, return it to the courier or via the delivery service without opening the package, and we will replace it. Claims regarding the product's appearance are accepted only at the time of delivery.

 

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection'" approved the List of Proper Quality Goods Not Subject to Exchange (Return). In addition to food products, medicines, and sanitary hygiene items, this list includes a full range of non-food products that cannot be returned.

These include:

  • Perfume and cosmetic products;
  • Combs and massage brushes;
  • Products in aerosol packaging.

 

What can be returned:

Each buyer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase if:

  • The product is not included in the List approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994;
  • The product received is of improper quality;
  • The contents of the parcel do not match the enclosed description (assortment, quantity, completeness, or packaging discrepancies);
  • The product has not been used and has no signs of use;
  • The product is fully complete and in its original packaging.

 

Due to this, we ask all customers to place orders responsibly and take into account that cosmetic products may not be suitable, may cause allergic or other skin reactions, which are individual characteristics.

 

If an error is made by the seller, we will replace the product with the correct one upon the buyer's request within three days of receiving the complaint.

In all other cases, purchased goods of proper quality are not subject to return. However, we may offer an exchange for other products that better suit your skin type.

Cosmetic products of proper quality cannot be returned after use in any store, as this contradicts current legislation.
