Mode of application:
Apply grapefruit oil on cleansed skin of problem areas with light massage movements and proceed to the massage procedure.
For acupressure, apply one of the corners of the massager to the trigger points, press lightly and slowly rotate in the time arrow. Avoid quick and abrupt movements, do not press excessively, the procedure does not cause pain or discomfort.
