Mode of application:
1. Use a massage brush to perform a dry massage procedure. The procedure is performed by direct strokes and circular movements, rubbing is performed from the bottom up, along the lines of the lymph flow.
Start the massage from the legs, gradually rising higher. Massage the hips and buttocks in circular motions, relieve pressure in the abdomen and chest.
Rub your back with straight movements, from the lower back and up.
Rub the problem areas longer and more intensively.
At the end of the procedure, massage your arms and shoulders with light sliding movements.
After a dry massage, it is necessary to take a contrast shower to wash off particles of the epidermis and cool the skin.
Start a course of dry massage with three minutes a day, so that the skin gets used to the intense effect, gradually increasing the time to 10-15 minutes. We recommend to carry out the procedure 3-4 times a week.
Do not use the brush in case of severe forms of skin (including vascular) diseases, in the area of open skin lesions. Do not let the brush get wet during the procedure. Apply dry on dry body skin without additional scrubs, creams, oils and other cosmetics. Rinse the skin after the dry massage procedure and only after that use the care product.
2. After a shower or bath, apply a scrub with circular massage movements on the skin of the body that has been steamed after, paying special attention to problem areas. Leave on the skin for 5-10 minutes for a more intense effect, rinse with warm water and pat dry with a towel.
Do not let the brush get wet during the procedure! Use dry on dry body skin without additional scrubs, creams, oils and other cosmetics.
Brush should be washed no more than 2 times a month.

dip the bristles down and rinse, do not wet the brush body;
rinse the villi in clean water and remove excess moisture with a towel;
dry the brush with the bristles down.
