Method of use:

Apply the Anti-cellulite Dry Oil with Ximenia to cleansed skin of problem areas with light massage movements.

Proceed to body massage with the scraper:

Start with the softest areas (thighs, buttocks) and very light pressure, gradually increasing the strength while holding the scraper at a 45° angle.

Move the scraper along the massage lines.

Massage each line until redness appears.

After especially active massage, bruises and blood spots may appear (this is normal for Guasha massage, as long as there is no strong pain or discomfort during the process).
