A set for gouache massage for the body and warming anti-cellulite care at home includes a wooden gouache scraper that stimulates subcutaneous fluid, including lymph, depriving cellulite.

Mode of application:
1. Start the massage procedure:
1.1 Apply dry oil on cleansed skin of problem areas with light massaging movements;
1.2 Start body scraper massage:
Start with the softest areas (buttocks, thighs) and very light pressure, increasing the force very gradually, keeping the scraper at a 45° angle.
Move the scraper from top to bottom or from the center to the sides.
Massage one line to redness.
After a particularly active massage, bruising and hemorrhage can sometimes remain (this is normal for gua sha massage, provided that severe pain or discomfort is not felt during the process).
2. Start body scrub
*(scrub and scraper massage are performed on different days).
Apply the scrub to cleansed, damp skin of problem areas with light massaging movements.
Massage for 5 min.
Wash off with warm water without soap.
For a lasting effect, use 2 times a week.
