How to use:
1. Use the drainage brush before taking a shower, on dry skin.
- If after the massage there is a burning feeling and/or red spots on the skin, during the next procedure, reduce the pressure and shorten the time of exposure.
Rules of massage with a massage brush:
- The procedure is performed with straight strokes and circular movements, rubbing is performed from the bottom up, along the lines of lymph flow.
- Start the massage from the feet, gradually moving up. Work the thighs and buttocks in a circular motion, relieve pressure in the abdomen and chest.
- Rub your back in straight lines, from the lower back upwards.
- Rub problem areas longer and more intensively.
- At the end of the procedure, massage your arms and shoulders with light sliding movements.
- After dry massage, take a contrast shower to wash away epidermal particles and cool the skin.
- Start the course of dry massage with three minutes a day so that the skin gets used to the intense impact, gradually increasing the time to 10-15 minutes. We recommend performing the procedure 3-4 times a week.
- Do not use the brush in case of severe forms of diseases (including vascular diseases), in the area of open skin injuries. Rinse the skin after the dry massage procedure and only then use a care product.
2. Apply a warming scrub with massage movements to wet steamed skin after a shower, paying special attention to problem areas. Rinse thoroughly with running water. Use 1-2 times a week.
3. Apply the anti-cellulite oil to damp, clean skin with gentle massage movements from the feet to the neck, paying special attention to problem areas.
Do not let the brush get wet during the procedure! Apply dry to dry skin without additional application of scrubs, creams, oils and other cosmetics.
Rinse the brush no more than 2 times a month.
To do this:
- fill the container with a small amount of warm water;
- add shower gel;
- dip the bristles down and rinse them, do not wet the brush body;
- rinse the bristles in clean water and remove extra moisture with a towel;
- dry the brush with the bristles facing down.
