The dry chemical foot warmer automatically heats up upon contact with oxygen, providing natural warmth for up to 8 hours.

The warmer is equipped with a special textile adhesive fastener and can be attached to clothing. Its special shape allows placement on any part of the body and can also be used inside shoes to warm toes.

Instructions for use
- Open the package, remove the warmers, and gently shake them.
- Remove the protective film and attach the adhesive side of the warmer to clothing on the area of the body you want to warm. The warmer will start providing heat within 5 minutes after opening.
- After single use, dispose of the cooled warmers as regular household waste. All components are completely safe for the environment.

Warnings
- Never use the warmer directly on the skin.
- Use with caution for elderly people, infants and children, people with sensitive skin, and those who may not fully sense heat.
- People with diabetes, frostbite, scars, open wounds, skin conditions, or similar issues should consult a doctor before using warmers.
- Do not open the heat patch. Do not allow its contents to come into contact with skin. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water.
- Do not use in oxygen-enriched environments.
