PAYMENT:
1. Payment by bank card
We accept online payments via Visa / Mastercard.
2. Cash on delivery
When your order is delivered by the Nova Poshta / Ukrposhta delivery service, you can choose the cash on delivery option. Payment is made after verifying the parcel matches the order.
The "cash on delivery" service may incur an additional charge according to the carrier's rates.
PLEASE NOTE! For orders over 2500 UAH, shipments on cash on delivery terms (COD) are only possible after a deposit of 250 UAH is made.
Why is a deposit required?
It guarantees that you genuinely plan to collect the parcel. Unfortunately, large orders are often left at the branches, causing losses for the company. The deposit helps us avoid such situations and keep prices affordable for all customers.
How it works:
- You place an order worth over 2500 UAH.
- A manager contacts you and sends the payment details for the 250 UAH deposit.
- Once the deposit is received, we send your order by cash on delivery.
- The deposit is deducted from the total amount due at the time of receipt.
Important!
If you cancel the order after dispatch or do not pick up the parcel, the deposit is non-refundable. If everything is fine, it will simply be subtracted from the total amount to be paid upon receipt.
3. Bank transfer
Payment via bank transfer: payment details are provided separately after order confirmation.
If you choose the bank transfer option, the order will be shipped after the funds are received in our account.
Order processing takes 1-3 business days. Delivery is made within 1-5 days, depending on the chosen delivery service.
