What to do if you received a damaged package?

We care about ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. But if there was damage during transportation, please follow this simple algorithm.

  1. Check the package immediately at the post office.
    Before signing for receipt, carefully inspect the box and contents.

  2. If there is damage (to the box or product), inform the postal employee about the issue.
    Fill out a Damage Report (this is a mandatory document for resolving the situation).

  3. Take photos/videos of the damages to confirm the situation:

  • Overall view of the packaging
  • Tracking number on the box
  • Damaged product

Do not pick up the package if the product is damaged.
Or, if you do accept it, make sure to keep a copy of the Damage Report.

  1. Contact us within 24 hours.
    Write to us on [Instagram/Telegram/email or chat] or call 0 800 750 149.
    Send photos, videos, and a copy of the Damage Report.
    We will promptly initiate the compensation process.
    We will send you a new order or refund your money.

Important! Without the Damage Report from the post office, we will not be able to submit a claim for compensation and reimbursement.
